Made up of a kid-friendly, lightweight mineral SPF 50 lotion, airless pump bottle, and removeable/washable foam blending sponge.

The shape and application experience were inspired by chisel-tip drawing markers
Development of the user experience included sketch prototypes of an ergonomic child-proof locking mechanism
To refine the blender shape, I used 3D-printed molds to cast custom foam sponges for ergonomic testing.
Initial ID surfacing was refined through rounds of massing and engineering integration
